President Gray was married to Lillian Gray and the father to Clancy Gray. He was president when IAAN first surfaced in children, and put the country in a state of emergency where he would be president until a cure for IAAN was found. He allowed his son and other children affected to be experimented on and was not regarded highly by most of the public.
